I was approached by Estate Agents Homes Sweet Homes Uk to design thier new identity, branding and website.

The overall design needed to be reflective of the suave, elegant and unique properties they sell and let. To ensure that the brand and company was seen as ‘unique’, the logo had to be unlike any estate agents prior to this one, especially without the cliché symbols of a house, key etc, but had to also represent the elegance of the properties.

Using a ‘H’ and an ‘S’ to highlight the initials of the name, I created a logo type which would stand out and grab your attention, whilst not being overpowering, but elegant and classy, with a hint of pink to emphasise its elegance.
