Nike's New Football Mark

London-based design studio Accept & Proceed has created a new mark for Nike Football Training, known as the Nike HyperCube. It will be applied to all football training-related products and materials from now on.

It's a significant change from Nike's previous football training logo (shown below), and was originally conceived as a four-dimensional tetrahedron and although I am personally quite fond of the mark, it will probably take some getting use to. But I'm sure that won't be too long, well at least in my opinion.

Why?
According to Accept & Proceed's David Johnston, "Arsene Wenger describes the four factors making up a great football player as being Technical, Physical, Tactical and Mental." Hence the decision to try to produce a mark in four dimensions.

Olympic Spirit Ad

This piece of work is amazing, you are taken on a journey of bright colours and simple shapes. Filmed in one continuous shot. The time, effort and creativity spent in creativing such an ad is astounding!

Created by Johnny Kelly, for the International Olympic Committee (IOC) using hundreds of individual paper collages all hand-cut and torn - it's more a celebration of the Olympics through bright and colourful iconography.
